Afrihost News server help ~!

I am trying to connect to the afrihost news server. I have tried no logins and passwords or with my login and password for my fiber connection but what I get is 502 error permission denied. What login and password must I use?

Ah! Whew!

The News Server authenticates using your DSL or Fibre connection details. So connecting over a VPN may prevent authentications.
