This is just a question i need answered , what is the "cooling off" period after joining afrihost? My niece has been messed around by these folks for the last two days , with ZERO success or help. They have promised to contact her and help with the setting up and configuration of her fibre router at home .

On hold at work for around 20 minutes only to be told someone will contact you later to assist. Yet she has already been invoiced and must pay for something that is not working and that the service provider is not helping or living up to their service levels. After depleting free minutes , depleting data and variuos other costs ZERO help or feedback.

Do ISP's or afrihost have similar cooling off periods ? And also who else besides afrihost would be recommended for a fibre ISP?

Thanks
