Afrihost Non existent HELP line

I am having problems with Outlook connecting to the Afrihost IMAP server and been trying to get someone at Afrihost to assist me with this since yesterday. This is affecting all of my business emails to my PC's and Laptops - Mail to cell phones via POP3 all working fine

I'm also having the same issue. Cellphone works fine but PC/laptop dont work. I use the settings provided.

Oh no Have you been able to run any troubleshooting with our team?

I will do that later today. I'm at a client now and dont want to do it here because of the firewall issues.
