Afrihost/Octotel intermittent connectivity

Just like to know how many other people there are with Afrihost as ISP and Octotel that are having intermittent connectivity problems and having to restart the ONT device each time to establish connection again? And are you also experiencing the problem from around the 1st of Apl?

And I thought I was the only one with this issue... I'm with Afrihost/Octotel. This intermittent connectivity started 1 April and still not sorted out after swopping routers, reconfiguring routers, and after multiple tickets logged with Afrihost and a 2nd ticket logged at Octotel themselves (through Afihost)..Thing is this is an Octotel issue and the only way to get connectivity back is after restarting the ONT. Also you can be certain that from +/- 11pm this intermittent connectivity will start.
