My ADSL Line just went down Friday at 12:30 and no DSL light on Router. I physically check my cable right up to the street and everything was connected.
I reported it to Afrihost which logged a ticket with Openserv and was informed it will be fixed within 48 hours..
And now it ir 60 hours later and no response from Openserv.
Afrihost followed up twice.
Surely they have a service level agreement.
