Afrihost/Openserve PLEASE WAKE UP

I relocated house two weeks ago.

Before vacating the old house I followed the steps on Afrihost's website to have my fiber connection relocated/migrated.

Two working days after, I received a call from Openserve indicating they were at the new address to sort out the line migration. Nice and quick...well, not so, as they were not at the new address. Instead, they were at the old address.

This cycle has repeated over and over now over the last two weeks. About 20 minutes ago...another call...but, again, they are at the old address.

Surely this isn't that difficult?

Every day I follow up with Afrihost the support staff tell a different story as to why nothing gets done, or why the old address isnt rectified so the technicians visit the correct location.

Afrihost/Openserve, are you there?

Thank you for getting in touch.

I'm investigating the matter now. Here is some general pointers.

With Openserve we don't migrate. We cancel and signup again. The ONT and B number stays at the previous address. We can not migrate this to a new address.
