Afrihost panel not displaying data allowance/usage last 2 days....

I got 51 gig Topup data. But it is not being used, so it will basically be useless except if I use all my peak and off peak data.

This is what mine looked like earlier in the day - it showed that I consumed peak and off-peak data during the month, but no topup data. But as the day went along and I checked again it showed I started using topup data from today. So I think we use topup data from today onwards (since the data usage is back online), and will only use the rest once its depleted.

I just looked again, and yes the topup data is now decreasing.

I have the same issue and I have the 55GB package and I got an sms saying that 50% has already been used.

I got the same message as well. The usage doesn't reflect on my account though. If I had to guess I reckon their systems think our total allocated data is the double data (for example 50gb), but discounts the off-peak data (25gb) and automatically think we've used 50% from the onset.
