I.submitted my cancellation of my fibre line as my 18 month contract is now over(signed up in june 2017 according to your call centre)please confirm that you have received it and that I wont be billed for Jan 2019 as I wish to move to another ISP..acc no is A16486760...Im on leave so dont have access to see if you guys have sent any confirmation..please.contract me on cell if u need to chat
 
Three days without a murmur..so much for wanting to treat clients as a priority...
