Afrihost - Please, please tell me this aint so

So I hope this is a maintenance error or bug, and Afrihost can fix this ASAP.

Our entire company tried sending and receiving email today and kept getting an error username and password is incorrect. I then logged into AFrihost client settings, to my surprise cpanel is gone and I now have the option to login to website manager. Thought maybe just a name change. So, I clicked website manager, and then I clicked email accounts. And there is nothing there!!

Please tell me everything is not gone. We have got about 20 or so email accounts not working at the moment, web access to the emails are not working, and on "website manageR" it shows no email accounts.

****, i wish these idiots didn't stop their contact center number.

My mistake. last time I tried to get their contact number it was removed as they phased it out.

From reading other threads on this forum, Afrihost reps on here continue to promise assistance and then no action is ever taken by them. Their whatsapp is useless. I have tried that before and also currently the whatsapp and live chat is down.
