Can someone please explain how it works?
I have a 1 gig subscription @R58 so I pay R99 extra and get 2 gig for 158?
I understand topups are double, but what about OOB? Is that also doubled ie 200mb/R10?

They have a fair usage policy - or they call it AUP that was the reason I didn't go with them.

Yes Afrohost Plus+ doubles the mobile data and +500mb on another sim or your existing sim.

Honestly I feel that Afrihost Plus+ is only really useful and offers value for money on 3GB+ packages.

Hi!

You've got it spot-on. Plus+ will let you add Double Data, 2-for-1 Top-ups and 500MB of Mobile Data to a Capped DSL, Capped Fibre or Mobile Data Package.

The OOB rates will remain the same however.

PS: You will also get a Premium Simfy Africa music streaming subscription.

You can add Double Data to a Capped DSL or Fibre account. As well as the 2-for-1 Topups. There is also the option to add a Soft-Cap facility to your Capped account.

There aren't any specific benefits for Uncapped accounts at the moment.

Does the Afrihost+ Double Data deal also apply to the RAIN LTE packages?
I ordered the 55GB package, and because I signed up before 30 November 2017, I also get another 55GB.
Will subscribing to Afrihost+ double that data again?

At the moment Plus+ cannot be used on RAIN. But, you will continue to receive your Double Data on your package until November 2018.

We'll need to see what happens in November 2018.
