For some reason I cannot connect to my afrihost account.
When i try my telkom capped acc everything works :/

go onto your clientzone and reset the password and set it up on the router again, that helped for me when for some reason mine didnt work like you have described. Otherwise give them a call and the support should be able to assist

Why don't you contact their support team?
