Afrihost:Router connects but nothing works

Does anyone have any idea what I can do about this. Since about last night at 9 everything just died. Have rebooted our routers several times (we have 2 lines) but nothing works. Some gmail will trickle through now and again but browsing is dead. Have rebooted pc's several times too. Have tweeted afrihost and opened support tickets for both accounts but maybe someone else knows something else I can try?

Try log on to client zone with a cellphone and use 'fix my line'.

They replied saying they reset the port and stabilized the line but it still doesn't work.

I pinged afrihost and google last night and only 3 out of 4 packets came through.

The line connects and stays connected. Won't that do more damage? It says on the site don't so it if the line works.

Just phoned telkom, they are working on a fault at the lewisham exchange.
