Afrihost router not delivered

Just want to know if anyone could advise. Is it protocol to get billed for a service before Afrihost router got delivered?
Pro rata amount was deducted from bank but it is unclear how long will I actually have to wait for delivery. So you have already paid for a service that you don't have.

They start billing you the moment they are live on your fno. The router is a separate matter I assume

Have you verified your debit order details? That can cause a delay in the delivery of the router. The router can not be sent out if the payment details are not verified.
