Afrihost Sim Swaps - How To?

I have not seen this covered in any of the other threads: If our Afrihost sim is lost / stolen - how do we obtain a new one and what is the cost involved?

Upon clicking the protection plan a pop up says feature is coming soon.

But initially, on ordering there was the option to opt in?

Ouch! Protection Plan just became even more attractive. I think I need to sign up!

Yup, on all orders we confirm if you'd like to take the Protection Plan :) It can be added via the ClientZone.

Nope. You can't (currently) add it. Been like this since the 22nd of August 2013.

Alternatively it'll be available by Wednesday this week.

Question.... It's the first time I've heard of Afrihost. Your prices look very attractive but, is the sim available on prepaid or does it have to be contract? If yes, where is it sold?:)

It's a month to month contract. You sign up on their website and they bill you in advance. They then courier the SIM card and device (if selected) to you. You can cancel at anytime and no further debit orders will happen on your bank account.

FlashSA has confirmed almost everything, we run on a month - month basis. MyBB should be quite busy tomorrow, stay tuned for more info!
