Afrihost support ? does it exist

Ok i must say compared to what i get from Webafrica and openweb afrihost is seriously lacking.

firstly, last month i asked them to change credit card details, as the CC was expiring. No reply.

so the 1st comes, accounts locked cause of non-payment (not to add that i paid for a top up that they never gave me). So i tell them i told them about it, just cancel them then. can't cancel unless i pay cause there was overusage.

so i give them the new CC details. They process it. Ok now i can use the accounts and then cancel them from the control panel. Now this was 2 days ago. The i have a 1 gig and a 2 gig. the 2 gig is capped, and i havent used it this month, says usage stats, 0.2 megs used, but its capped ???

now i ask about it, and no reply, its going to be month end again now, and im going to lose again ?

sigh

just thought i would put it out there
 
got a 2 gig account with no usage ... thats capped. And they havent replied to any support. so :/
 
similar issue - got 4GB left on a 20GB and am capped. Had sessions reset 5 times and get capped immediately. Support now suggested to phone Telkom and reduce my line-speed --- this is idiotic, just purchased bandwidth from Webafrica and am working fine.
