Afrihost support missing in action?

Can't seem to get a hold of anyone this morning.

I downgraded from 4mb to 1mb since my exchange is completely overloaded and I get .5mb speeds anyway. Opened a ticket, spoke to live support and spoke to a dude on the phone to confirm it goes from 4mb to 1mb.

Instead they decide to downgrade me to 2mb and charge me for 4mb and 1mb. *facepalm*
