Afrihost Support Non-existing

Can anybody please advise how to get to speak to someone in Afrihost who can actually get anything done? Tried since Sunday - email, callback, WhatsApp, phone - no joy - they will follow up with Frogfoot. That is all - every time I contact them they say a new ETA for frogfoot is 24-72 hours, not starting from the first call a week ago, but starting afresh every time I contact them. We have had no service finally from Sunday. ONT box....no Frogfoot. Frogfoot does not respond to mails either, and they do not answer the phone 0214487225

Hi All,
Just wanted to update this thread and thank you to @AfriNatic - the ONT was eventually replaced yesterday afternoon (5 days and R1000 spent on Vodacom LTE data in this week) by Frogfoot, and since then we have had our normal speeds and connectivity. I appreciate the assistance received.
