Afrihost Support - or lack thereof.

So my business emails have stopped working again. this has happened 5 time in 5 months.
usually because i have been moved to a different server without being informed.

i've now spend 34 min on hold waiting for support.

i've heard the ship was sinking, but man. i think this company is with Davy Jones.

ya. got to 54min and i hung up. loved being told the wait time was only 4min
busy transferring everything away from AfriNOPE

Thanks for the info. I have moved also and got the company I work for to move as well.

A bitter taste in my mouth those few years back. When their network got slow and had issues. for like 6 months they would just blame Telkom and deduct the usual amount from paying customers.. I left after a month. I would not recommend using them.
