AFRIHOST SUPPORT please reply to my support Ticket?

So I'm a loyal client. I didn't leave the sinking ship when at the end of June I couldn't watch streaming anymore because of the buffering. I waited patiently for Afrihost to sort out their problems. I declined testing Afrigreen because I don't have the knowledge or the time, or the inclination frankly, to test a service I'm paying for and which was working reasonably well up until that point. In my honest opinion it's up to Afrihost to provide the service at the same level I paid for from the start.

I have sent two emails asking for feedback and have received no reply, so seeing as there are several AfriGuys and AfriMen lurking here can somebody please RESPOND??????
 
It's so cute how people have to beg to get something for the money they pay.

That's definitely disappointing to hear. Our Support Team should definitely have been able to assist. Can you please send me a PM with the ticket reference numbers so that I can look into this from my side.
 
I feel sorry for this Afrihost dude who has to sit on this forum the whole day & read all the crap that people are experiencing with Afrihost. lol

I wouldn't want that job.

It's really not that bad. :) We get to help people, and even angry people just want help.

OK thanks sorted. Afrigenie answered and problem solved (so far). Clearly support on MyBB is more proactive than the support centre at Afrihost. Thanks anyway.

UPDATE: Changed to Afrigreen. Buffering on Hulu not gone. Afrigenie gone AWOL after my last message where I told him that although I have a 2mbps line I had happily watched Hulu and Netflix since December with buffering only at the end of the month (even though they denied throttling capped accounts). He had suggested I get a 4mbps line. But WHY was my connection relatively fine until all the drama started in June?

Try with another free ISP account to compare. For streaming it is better to go with ah IS based provider.

Thanks. After reading many of the posts in this forum, it seems the streaming problems happen with most ISPs regardless, so seeing as I cancelled DSTV to save money, it's pointless paying more and more when I'm not guaranteed a better experience. I'm emigrating in a few months anyway, so I shall stick to downloading and Plex and cancel Hulu and Netflx.
