Hi.

How do i contact Afrihost support this time on a Saterday?

They dont replay to sms
 
Have you tried to create a 1Gb free account on their line and see if it works?

What's the issue? What steps have you taken to try and resolve the issue?

They phoned the support before 3pm and they (the support) told them the line from telkom must still be sighed of or something but after a wile he got the ADSL going for them after a wile. Then when 3pm came the line just went dead, and there is no way to get hold of them again before monday

Edit: My sister say the internet light is red even with the riht details from AH, i will give them my 1gig account to test and see
 
What happens if you connect a phone directly to the line and dial a cellphone number? Is there a ringtone? Can you dial out?

If not, then there's a problem with the line.

Keep in mind that the newer 1Gb free ADSL accs are "bonded" to your line.

The older types (which you could get when they started the 1Gb free promotion) is not "bonded" to your line, and can be used on any line.
