Praise where its due.. Got through to support in less than 2 mins this morning, and was helped by Tristan. Please pass on my thanks for his very professional assistance... All up and running.

They seem to have gotten more staff, I was on hold for only 6min, usually it was 30min.


I was 12th in queue and it was moving very quickly.

Pitty they changed the voice for the phone menu, the other chick sounded awesome.

We updated the IVR menu system to streamline the Support system, so new recordings were needed. :)

I am glad that you have seen an improvement in the response time! Thank you for the feedback.
