That's because there was shaping active again...also had Mumble problems again last night - checked profile and shaping was maximum level. Go figure. Sigh.

One of our Testers wasn't having any issues with LoL on any of our Shaping Policy groups last night. This is strange that this keeps popping up every now and again, were you running any other applications or services in parallel?

We definitely have active profiles for Mumble on our system, so there should definitely not be any issues, were there any other background processes or applications running in conjunction with Mumble?

I never have any other apps running on any device when I game - they aren't even connected when I play. So no.
Only variable in my scenario is your shaping profile affecting performance.

Does your modem maybe have any QoS or port forwarding enabled and running on it?

I've used 27gb ......... why is there shaping? And I mean shaping as in 0 download traffic, 0.

The shaping that is applied to our Uncapped users is not based on your individual usage, but rather on our current network utilization and demand. The shaping will only be affecting your larger HTTP downloads and P2P services, your real-time services should be completed unaffected.

It is dynamically managed, so giving an exact time is difficult but usually from around 20h00 in the evenings the shaping starts to relax.
When was that changed, since I remember it being relaxing at midnight?

As I said, the shaping is dynamically managed, so the shaping will be lifted as soon as the demand on the network starts to drop off, this usually starts happening from around 20h00.
