Afrihost Uncapped - Can't connect to game servers

I have 4 meg Afrihost Uncapped, it runs fine most of the time, but something that has started up lately is that in the morning up until about 3 o clock I can't connect to any international HoN games, or even find any BC2 servers. I can see servers in HoN but can't connect, and BC2 lets me connect to multiplayer but I can't see any servers. I'm not sure if this has something to do with afrihost's throttling policies, but is anyone else having a similar problem or knows why this is happening?

I know that the ports are being blocked/ severly throttled during the day.
On my IS uncapped account I'm not even able to log into Steam during the day..
