Afrihost unpaid. Rain Data

If i miss my Rain payment from Afrihost will they hand me in at the credit union/bureau
 
Why don’t you wanna pay them? Is the service that bad?

No actually what happened is I ordered on the27th of April from that day till the 12th of may the order just stayed on order waiting for payment verification that time they’ve already charged me a Rand on my card and the order went through, so i contacted support to ask whats going on since m in pretoria and they are based in JHB it shouldn’t take that long so the guy helping actually did something then it moved to awaiting for courier for almost 4 days then i decided to cancel and go the Webafrica Route with CellC sim ordered Wednesday and it was delivered Friday morning

So now i just received an invoice for a termination fee of R1000. that time I’ve never even received the sim or used the sim.

Wow. I am sure you can sort this out with one of the reps on here. Afrihosts service is worse than Telkoms now. It used to be so good but they are competing with Telkom now.

Ya they are the worst bro these days.they used to be the best but now

Eish i hope so I don’t have an Extra 1K just to pay for something I didn’t even use or get.

I also canceled while waiting for router to be dispatched after I paid for it. They refunded me after I spoke to an Afrihost rep :)

Can you please tell me who you spoke to ? The guy i spoke didn’t wanna help at all
 
I’ve tried to reach afrihost for 3days 3 tickets logged, emails, whatsapp & forums nobody even bothered to reply.
