Afrihost - Unreliable Internet Access

I’ve been a client for more than 5 years. Over the past three months, internet supply has become extremely unreliable. The downtime is becoming too frequent. While I’m trying to resolve this with Afrihost, are there any recommendations for alternatives (in Irene)?
 
As far as I can tell, Afrihost. Will also ask OpenServe for feedback.

I continually speak to consultants on the WhatsApp help line. The issue is that, even though it gets fixed eventually, they disconnection occurs again soon after. The disruptions are also too frequent and unpredictable, which means I lose business if I can’t have meetings etc. I have to go elsewhere with WiFi to conduct business, if I have time to do so.
It is not one incident but several incidents over a period of time (increasingly the past three months).
I also have issues with email, which is a separate discussion.
 
You really need to log a call before blaming afrihost. It could be your router, your ont box, the fibre link...

So the issue is the intermittent connection on your line?

Has Whatsapp logged a fault with Openserve before?
