Just so that there is an easily accessible log of events for Afrihost, here are the problems I experienced:
1) Friday 26th: Was capped while usage stats said 'Active'

2) Topped up another 2Gb and was back online: Total 29Gb purchased, of which ? used (see next img)

3) Usage stats at time of the above image according to raw data from Afrihost:
28.3Gb used so 1 left

4) Capped again! This time raw usage stats showed 29gb used (consistent with amount purchased)
5) Topped up another gig and suddenly usage stats says 'Capped' and 8Gb over, but I was still surfing without problems. I didn't use much after this:

6) March 1st and I'm capped - apparently the 8Gb 'over usage' in the incorrect stats above was used to determine this. I am now on Gconnect.

7) Another look at the raw stats shows a
new inconsistency: Compare 27 Feb stats with 1 Mar stats - note the
duplication of 25 Feb and 26 Feb on the latest stats (circled in red).

I got through to support on the phone and am now waiting for the ADSL manager to contact me. The silence is deafening. I have had NO feedback despite reporting this/these issue/s three times since Friday.
