My capped adsl account did not reset to 0Gb usage this month. In the client zone it shows the following:
Data Statistics
Total Account Data: 401.00 GB
Data Used: 251.82 GB
Average Daily Usage: 7.01 GB

On the 2nd when I logged into the client zone it showed my usage at about 180Gb already for the month.
When I calculate the usage from the csv file I have only used about 67 Gb this month,

I opened ticket GSQ-336-14488 but it seems the support staff do not understand the problem.

From what I can see on my account, they include the total roll over data from the previous month.

For example: I have a 10GB+10GB+1GB=21GB for R29.

On the second month it becomes a 41GB account as even though I've used the data, it still rolls over the potential if that makes sense.

@ Afrihost: My afterhours data is still reporting double what it should be by-the-way.

Morning :)

It could be because of carried over data from the previous month.
Drop me a PM with your DSL username and I can confirm.

I believe our Dev team did check your account and couldn't find anything wrong from our end. After hours data is only collected and then displayed.
If you're still seeing discrepancies with usage/ displayed usage I'd recommend logging a bug via ClientZone.
