I need to upgrade my line from 4 to 10 and get Afrihost to manage it. Which will be quicker and best, getting it upgraded through Telkom then getting Afrihost to manage it or getting Afrihost to do it all? I’m a bit dim about all this.

Hi Digigran, the easiest and quickest way to do this would be to process your upgrade directly with Telkom first, and once done you can migrate your services to us.
If you want us to assist you with the upgrade you would have to migrate your service by signing up for the same line speed with us, and once your migration has been completed you can then upgrade to the 10mbps line speed.
