Afrihost / Vumatel down in Stellenbosch

Die Boord, specifically has been down since 7pm.

All of the support methods (WhatsApp, Live Chat, Call me back) are offline after hours, incl. weekends.

Not ideal.

Our night shift team works until 11pm Monday to Sunday including public holidays. They are offering email support and support via call backs. I checked the queue for call backs and there are only a few in the queue that was logged after 11pm. Did you log a call back with us last night?

Are you still down today? If so you can send me a message with your clientzone email so I can assist in logging a fault for you.

Heya!

I sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected] which was replied to last night.

I was told by Afrihost Support that a ticket was logged with FNO, VumaTel and received an email this morning to say that the line is up.

Apparently multiple (if not all) fibre providers in my suburb and surrounding Stellenbosch suburbs were down last night.

Usually these network incidents do get attended to around the clock depending on how severe they are. Glad you are sorted
