Afrihost/Vumatel fiber nightmare from hell

Day 3, no internet, goes down for hours.

Can't ping google.com from ONT diagnostics dashboard at all, all lights are green.

Spend hours every day fighting with first line to make them understand this is a backend issue.

No help, nobody in charge, no 3rd line, 3rd line on holiday overseas or something.

Send help, slowly losing mind.

It's over for me, no help can resolve this, I'm going back to ADSL, more reliable, lol.

Before my phone data runs out and I slip into darkness yet again, if anyone from Afrihost/Vumatel who had higher grade maths in high school could look at ticket ISP-280778 that would be grand, it's an ongoing problem.

Just got another 1st line dude come to me on the app, says yeah your line is fine.

I tell him my dude, you cannot ping www.google.com from the ONT diagnostic page, it times out, what does that tell you?

Silence.

This starfish ping pong goes on for days.

EDIT: also wtf why am I doing their support for them? I should charge them!
