Afrihost weekend/after hours support non existent...

Came to work...
Problem on clientzone, unable to access cPanel on our business domain...
Initiated a WhatsApp message, cause it's the only way to make contact with Afrihost on a weekend or after hours...
Message initiated: 9am
First responder: 11.30am

This is the final straw... we are going to cancel with Afrihost, we have a business to run!
