There seems to be a provisioning issue with various tickets opened (3), escalations, hours spent by me on WhatsApp 'checking back', 1 visit to AfriHost offices and promised feedback reports never materialising. I'm at my wits end.

It has been on Afrihost APN all the time and confirmed by screenshots send in every single time I've 'checked back' on the WhatsApp helpline. The APN settings are confirmed correct.Please set it back to Afrihost APN, we have submitted re-provisioning.
they're re-sellers on the mtn network. I have canceled my little mtn sim with them. Brooklyn lte turns off for the entire evening. The whole day of today Brooklyn was offline, online response I get is reboot the router (which it does automatically at 3AM but still no joy) so I am moving over to Vodacom as my cell with loadshedding in the area get great reception. Sorry Afrihost you guys might be re-sellers but honestly I'd just outright stop selling the service.
