Afriman or Afriguy

LOL, I disagree with you guys and btw, I'm not angry, why should I be as I'm not the one who is loosing business.
All the account needs to do is ask for an email address, it's as simple as that, regardless whether I'm logged on or not.
Surely the software should sense I'm already a client and still have over 50 GB spare.
It's to AH advantage to change it or just loose clients, it's as simple as that.

What are you talking about? I've already shown you it does ask for an email address: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...or-Afriguy?p=12908851&viewfull=1#post12908851

OP,
It's possible to have multiple 1GB accounts assigned to a person's account, because some people have multiple ADSL lines. That's why the CP doesn't ask you to sign up again each time you want to add something to your account. The client panel can't sense that you're not attuned to the stars. That would just be a pain in the arse for existing clients. *cough Telkom*

My question is why you didn't tell your friend to sign up himself, and why you didn't realise something was up when it magically just worked without you entering any of your friend's details upon sign up.

Disagree all you want, you screwed up, not like the world's about to end, just email support and get them to fix your mistake.

Ok, so let me get this straight. You are angry at the AH (whom handle the login system like 99% other websites on the Internet) because you were too lazy to log out, and create a new client zone account for your friend?

ROFL :erm:
