Looking for enthusiastic young persons to assist with After Hours Support for an Internet Service Provider. The position will allow you to take calls from your home, so no need to come to our offices. Reliable Internet Access & Computer is a must, Do not apply otherwise please.
This would involving assisting fibre clients with connectivity issues and also assisting first time new clients to sign up to the fibre system.
Must be in JHB. Do not apply otherwise please.
Working Times : Monday – Friday : 17H00 to 22H00 & Weekends : 08H00 to 14H00.
Reliable Internet Access & Computer is a must, Do not apply otherwise please.
Our Offices are in Parktown, you would need to come in for Training for a couple of days.
Person must be a dedicated and hardworking.
Must be able to communicate well via email and phone.
Understanding of IT is important to succeeding.
Willing to learn and not be stagnant.
