I do.

I having that tonight. My town's old age home has a fundraiser and took some special orders. Those old tannies have a wealth of experience regarding this type of "cuisine" and I'm looking quite forward to it.

That stuff is from the Devil!!! I have never and will never eat it. Smell makes me want to vomit.

It's odd because in SA the sheep's head is considered offal when in fact offal are the internal organs around the rest of the world. Sheep's head is delicious. Offal however (traditional) needs to be cooked correctly. We all eat offal every time we eat boerewors btw - the casing is made of cow's intestines. Liver and kidney is considered offal.

Offal is one that needs careful consideration when cooking. Most of those old tannies boil the crap out of them in a stock and in fact they're the reason most people don't eat it - they cook it until it tastes disgusting, thinking they have to. When in fact liver, kidney, brain etc should all be served medium-well and cooked very quickly...

I do, if prepared by someone with years of experience and who comes from a farm. And I have this one friend who makes it pretty delicious.

If you want to eat it..fine...but I dont want to see it or smell it. What is that thing in England...sausage filled with blood and then boiled and served with boiled cabbage? Oh dear god...the pure evilness of it!!!!!!!!!

You're talking about black pudding and it is delicious. The rest of the world frown on our biltong too. Oh, and you fry black pudding when you cook it...

I'm not too fond of the stomach, genitals and eyes but tongue, organs , feet and head bits are all pretty good.

My one grandmother used to make a afval feast every few Sundays, my dad still gets withdrawals.

Its odd though that people wont eat those things but crayfish which is full of junk and worms get them all excited.
