IMO no financial meltdown, but not a shinning take-over target either. Take-overs require low existing gearing and decent cash-flow. Neither of which CellC has.

This may change if the call termination rates are dropped. CellC/VM may then be able to realistically offer a 99c per minute call, depending on what the termination rate was. I am sure they would get a lot more clients at that rate.

Way better for VM to buy a couple of VC/MTN towers for cash lol.

Or WiMax towers.

How is VM treating you this Monday Morning? It is wonderful to finally surf without disconnections or slow speed. 3G is not much an issue anymore.
