This case has been dragging on for so long, that I have forgotten a lot of the salient details.
I thought I read somewhere that Aggliotti even admitted that it was an "assisted suicide".

I was taking a dig at those who treat every acquittal of a non white person as ANC's doing or bribery.

What I find of more interest is how one earns a s204 indemnity. I can see how Nassif didn’t get it. Did the others get their indemnity because their testimony was in line with their affadavits? Is that to say in their affadavits they never implicated Agliotti? So the NPA was practically giving them away?
