I haven't really needed to do one yet, but I'm okay at post processing audio to some extent, so if I couldn't do it directly in Suno or Udio, I'd generate a second version of the song and then combine the vocals in post.
I do not have those skills. I still use the free Suno and have been learning new stuff from others responses, like adding guitar solo's. Can't have 2 different instrument solo's either in the song and at the end.
Some people have said using [male vocal] or [female vocal] in the lyrics box will sometimes do the trick, but I haven't tried it myself and from what I've read, it's not guaranteed to work.

I see you also have the same problem I've had with female vocals in general that the pitch shifting / autotune effect is just insanely obtuse. It works on some genres but with the v3.5 model it just seems to be blanketed over everything.
Finally an Afrikaans song that sound right, not like its coming out of a tin or the words confused with dutch.

I don't think so. It's just a matter of wrangling the AI to do what you want it to do. Obviously a paid subscriber has more tries to accomplish it, but aside from audio uploads and the number of credits, the features seem to be the same for paid vs free.
This "artist" managed to do it.
