So 2 weekends ago Rain sent a techie to my house and he decided i was to get a new 5G router. Every 20 to 30 mins my 5G would disconnect and i have to restart my router. So since Wednesday it started again. I then went to my moms house and got her 5G router and the same happens when she gets connected to my tower. I have a Rain techies whatsapp details and when i asked him he said he would look into it and proceeded to block me on whatsapp. He helped me with a tower problem last year also and told me if tower problems happens again i kust whatsapp him but looks like he's actually a @$$hole. @rain_mobile @rain_networks look into it asap. I saved the screenshots where he told me i must whatsapp him again and then screenshots where he blocked me. Customer service 0/10. Atleast 13 more days until my fibre goes live

Good Day guys can anyone please advise me on the gaming experience rain provides on their 5g network, does multiple connection on the wifi effect ones gaming. Is there any packet loss when another device streams for example Netflix or YouTube? Thanks for your reply.
 
Nee man F#k Rain. What is going on? I've set my debit orders for the 15th of each month and you debit my account today. I give up. @rain_mobile @rain_networks come and fetch your router and refund me. I'm now done with you guys and your bad service. Non stop issues from you guys with no service.
