Never used an aim trainer but if you play CS:GO I can definitely recommend the workshop map called Aim Botz by uLLeticaL. I trained with it for hours a day at one point and it helped my aim a lot, although this was before aim trainers were a thing (I've heard some things about KovaaK's but it's a bit expensive).
