So y r they sending me statements if i haddent payed?
Isnt the decoder suppose to be disconnected if payment isnt recieved?
Am i one of the lucky ones or are there just a bunch of idiots working there?

They will cut you off automatically when you're R700+ in debt with them, aka 1.5 months. Happened to us. Was a Godsend coz we never connected the piece of **** again. Torrents FTW!

They will continue to charge you until you cancel the service. You can't just stop paying and expect them to go away.

Could be because of the recession instead of cutting you off they'd rather just invoice you and add interest to your outstanding amount until you pay for a service rendered or just phone them up and cancel.

Either way. They can take you to court and get the money out of you because they did render a service and you did not pay.

Grammar correction EPIC FAIL.
 
O my word come on as long as you can pronounce what's the hassle?
Term and Condition: Fees: 17. "From the date we authorise u 2 recieve... U must make these payments in full on or before the date(s) specified by us from time to time(due date)". They state that if fees are not paid they will cut the service, which they havnt. I'll call them up 2night to find out more.
