Hehe, I had the exact same issue!What I think happened was that My brother used my credit card to activate his account, then immediately after that I tried to activate my account and it came with that exact same error "Account Fraud suspicion".
Even when I tried using another credit card it still wouldn't accept it regardless.
Did you use your credit card to buy any other NCSoft products recently?
Eventually the problem came right(After 2 weeks) but the ironic part is my graphics card stopped working shortly after that incident.So when I got a new one a few days ago and tried to activate my AIon account with my original credit card ,it worked.(I also went through the customer support process but whether that was the reason ot came right, I don't know)
The one other thing you can do right now if you are really desperate to play Aion is to go buy a game time card from BT at Pavilion, and activate your account like that.
