I don't normally rant on public forums, but man, this is annoying.
@AfriGuy @Afrigirl why on earth do you advertise multiple points of contact, but they all act independently?

Why will the agent not create a ticket or escalate internally? You expect your customers to figure it out.

RANT OVER. Back to my original issue:

I was billed R17.03 for a call that had a duration of 10:21. The call was made to a local 065 number (not special on international). How can I be billed at this rate when your rate card shows a 64c call plan?

Hi.

Please drop me a PM with the number in question so I can check.
The 64c call rate is for the Airmobile (MVNO).
The Air mobile (legacy) call rate is R1.20c, MTN T&Cs apply

Jinne but that whatsapp agent seemed to make zero effort to actually help.

Would it have taken that much effort to just pull the call rates and explain the situation? I've literally spent more time typing this than the agent spent helping.

Yeah, that was some lazy-a&#se agent!

"As long I get paid at the end of the month, I could care less" type of service.
