Air Traffic Controller

Hi

I would like to know if anyone can help me with finding an institution that trains air traffic controllers. From google I've found ATNS but for whatever reason they don't have an email address( come on its 2015) and the other website atcsouthafrica.co.za doesn't seem to train people.

Any help would be appreciated ^^
