I'm looking for 12 or so Airplane seats, the description the client gave me is that they want Business Class Jet Seats, so obviously leather seats that can recline to an extent.

Also looking for the overhead cabins and other parts for a decor project

Is it permanent? If its for a shoot, you could ask an airline to use an aircraft while its grounded perhaps for routine maintenance, or if its done flying for the day and shoot in the plane. I don't know if they charge for it or not.

I was asked to source some other parts which I won't mention just in case it comes up in a Google search.

The same Google search I did to find the part very easily, I then sent them pics and they Googled it themselves and found the same part minus my mark up.

Needless to say it will now be a very expensive project when I find the seats where you can't google it

You would have to hire the plane for the shoot, and it wont be cheap one bit. Think about 200k or more. There is a plane along the N1 freeway in CT. You could also ask the airforce, but they dont do fancy style planes. They have a museum at Ysterplaat in CT.
