Airpods Pro exchange?

Hi, I read there is an exchange for AirPods Pro manufactured before October 20 for those that experience some crackling sounds. Apple seem to have kept it pretty quiet but it's on.

So I've had a little bit of crackling now and again, but not consistent or not prolonged and not for a while now. But with the opportunity to exchange, would this be something iStore would honour if they were indeed eligible and also because I bought them in Singapore?

As much as I enjoy my 12 Pro the wired headphones the last 2 years are pure rubbish Used them since 2010 and they were way more durable before!

Bought a new set last year June and it failed in 2 months with the microphone so noisy, the volume control doesn't work. Got a replacement set and now after 4 months the one bud intermittently loses sound while moving the wire

Decided to give Sony a try with their Sports wireless earphones since they got great reviews especially for the price. Sony WF-SP800N with ANC and IP55 sweat and splash proof.

Not gonna spend R5500 for Airpods Pro only to be burned again especially since they have lower water resistance.
