"Airtime Advance" scam

I agree this is bull. I have used the advance before and paid up etc. But now Vodacom has been adding advances to my bill that I have not even used. See attached photos. So I get my monthly airtime on the 1st, I have two Vodacom contracts... But here they show I advanced on the first! Why even.. and check out the time!!! Why would I be up that early on a Saturday!!!!
The last time I advanced was may, and I have the SMS to prove it, so I paid June,, thinking it's a carry over. But now my July bill comes with this crap. Going to contact them. Best advice is to cancel airtime advance completely!
But I also agree,, either cancel the advance or get a different type of contract. I'll be calling the customer care 082 135, I suggest you do the same..

And also to add. When Vodacom sends those SMS saying yes or no to subscribe to whatever,, they have already subscribed you to it.. ever wonder why your airtime just vanishes.. you can cancel subscriptions on the Vodacom app but there was once I had to call coz it never showed but airtime was being deducted and they explained this whole thing to me
