I'm not sure about MTN route but the Takealot route NO. You pay R30 and get R30 airtime voucher. If you credit card allows for free card swipes then you will only pay for the amount you buy but if you pay for card swipes [which is really doubt] then you will pay for the amount you buy + card swipe fee.
