Airtime stolen !!!!

Noticed on my latest account, an amount of R500 for 'postpaid to prepaid , me 2 u ' transfer. Anybody know how to query this? How do I find who took the cash? What number did it go to ?
Any help out there?
 
Their parents were clever ! EU passports and they both live on the Channel Islands. Now who's in the dwang? Borrowing teenagers, is that 'Human Trafficking' ?
 
I had a similar problem with Vodacom in terms of Bandwidth. I loaded 2GB prepaid bandwidth and 30 minutes later it was all gone.

After 4 days Vodacom completed their "investigation" and refunded me the 2GB.
 
Asked MTN to query it. They maintain that my wife, who can just switch the phone on and off, must of applied for the transfer ! They don't know where the airtime went to? Librarian, borrowing teenagers to fiddle with phone only, don't stress !

Tell them you got divorced a couple of days before the transaction. That should throw a spanner in the wheels.

Thanks, after a verbal to do last week , I got a credit for quiet a lot more. Includes various little 'add ons' they slipped onto her bill and a 'content charge' they tried to slip by us.
