Airtime Transfer

Wanted to transfer airtime to my sim and a Cell C agent told me that I can't is this true? Cell C can't even offer such a basic service?

I have done it on the FNB & Standard Bank portal so someone at CellC had too much to consume lastnight . Are you talking about transferring from one sim to another? :/
